Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and asia818 ("Company", "we"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the website, mobile application, and all services provided by asia818 (collectively referred to as the "Platform").

Continued use of this Platform after any amendment to this Agreement is considered your acceptance of those changes. asia818 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice, except in the cases specified in Section 11 of this document.

User Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the Platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during use;
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law;
• Not be a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction where access to these services is prohibited;
• Not have had a previous asia818 account closed or suspended for breach of terms;
• Not be acting on behalf of a third party or in a professional capacity for another party without explicit written consent from asia818.

asia818 reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of users at any time. Users agree to provide valid identity verification documents such as MyKad or passport when requested. Failure to provide the required documents may result in temporary suspension or closure of the account.

Account Registration and Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at any one time. Registering multiple accounts, whether using the same or different information, is a serious violation that may result in account closure and forfeiture of balances and bonuses.

During registration, users are required to:

• Provide their full name as per MyKad or a valid identification document;
• Provide an active mobile phone number that can be contacted;
• Use a valid and active email address belonging to the user themselves;
• Create a strong password and keep it confidential from others.

Users are fully responsible for all activities that occur under their account. If you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without authorisation, please contact our customer support team via live chat or email immediately. asia818 will not be liable for any losses arising from a user's negligence in protecting their login information.

Deposits and Payment Methods

asia818 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, internet banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH.

• The minimum deposit amount is RM10 for all payment methods without exception;
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the user's own name;
• Deposits from third parties are not accepted and may result in account suspension;
• asia818 reserves the right to request proof of source of funds for deposits exceeding a certain amount;
• Any taxes or fees charged by the payment provider are the responsibility of the user.

For deposits via cryptocurrency, users must use the wallet address provided within the platform. asia818 is not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect address.

Withdrawals

Users may submit a withdrawal request at any time subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction;
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used;
• Withdrawal processing time is between 30 minutes and 3 hours after the request is approved;
• Identity verification may be required before the first withdrawal or for amounts exceeding a certain limit;
• Withdrawals cannot be made until the applicable bonus wagering requirements have been fully met.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by asia818 are subject to the wagering requirements and specific terms stated at the time the offer is made. The following general terms apply to all bonuses:

• 200% Welcome Bonus: New users are eligible to receive a bonus of up to RM1,500 on their first deposit. The wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus value before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
  Example: Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM200 → Balance RM300 → Wagering required: RM200 × 10 = RM2,000.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts;
• asia818 reserves the right to cancel bonuses if there is any fraudulent activity, bonus arbitrage, or use of multiple accounts;
• Only one welcome bonus is permitted per user, household, IP address, mobile phone number, or payment card;
• Bonuses must be used within the period stated at the time of the offer; expired bonuses will be automatically voided.

The asia818 VIP programme consists of five (5) tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier provides different weekly cashback benefits, ranging from up to 0.2% (Bronze) to up to 1.0% (Diamond). Tier advancement criteria are based on ongoing game activity evaluated from time to time.

User Conduct and Responsibilities

Users agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the Platform:

• Fraud, identity falsification, or providing false information to asia818;
• Use of automated software, bots, or any technical method to gain an unfair advantage;
• Attempts to hack, damage, or disrupt the operation of the platform;
• Bonus abuse through hedged betting (bonus hunting) or similar methods;
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity through this platform;
• Sharing an account or allowing another party to access your account.

asia818 complies with all legal requirements relating to anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CFT). All suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Account Closure and Suspension

Users may close their account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closure, any eligible balance will be returned via the original payment method, subject to the settlement of all active bets and minimum withdrawal requirements.

asia818 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if:

• Any term in this document is violated;
• The user's identity cannot be verified or the information provided is found to be false;
• There is suspected activity involving fraud or money laundering;
• The account is found to be operated by a minor;
• There are instructions from a relevant authority or regulatory body.

Copyright and Intellectual Property

All content on the asia818 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the exclusive property of asia818 or its respective third-party licensors, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, or exploit any part of this platform's content for commercial purposes without the express written consent of asia818.

Limitation of Liability

asia818 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from or related to a user's use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from gambling activity;
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or internet connectivity issues;
• Unauthorised access to a user's account due to the user's own negligence;
• Game outcomes that have been disputed but confirmed by the system;
• Payment processing delays by third parties.

This Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". asia818 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the Platform for any particular purpose.

Amendments to These Terms

asia818 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to users via their registered email or through a notice on the Platform within a reasonable period before the changes take effect.

It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure they remain aware of the latest applicable terms. The "Updated" date at the top of this document indicates the version of the terms currently in effect.

Continued use of the Platform after any amendment is considered your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, you should stop using the Platform and close your account.
